One morning in London, my dad and I woke up early to walk across the westminster bridge, before it got crowded. The light was beautiful, and I remember the sun was gleaming down on the Houses of Parliament with its warm light, and soft glow. I wasn't the only one to notice this beauty. Due to the early morning, I was able to appreciate the silence around me, and not be overwhelmed with crowds of people. I was able to observe the architecture, the light, the smells, and the people around me, and was truly able to appreciate my surroundings with absolute peace.
