Man is living under the giant wheel of Matsyendranath for the alms.

Matsyendranath is treated as the god of rain. These giant wheels of the Matsyendranath chariot (in Nepali called: RATH) are taken as eyes of red (in Nepali: RATO) Matsyendranath that is always revolving around the cities and protecting his devotees. During the festival month, Matsyendranath chariot is revolved around the cities and in each pre-planned area the chariot is kept still and devotees come to worship. In the Picture, a man is living under the giant wheel of Matsyendranath for the alms.
