During two years of living in Bali, Indonesia, my fiance and I hand raised two Balinese "Tupai", or, Coconut Squirrels. Here, Bear, sharpens his climbing skills on my foot, while my fiance, Sasha, comes in close for some squirrelly interaction. Both squirrels were successfully released into the wild. The female, Madu, later returned for a day to introduce us to her child.
