16th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
Manitowoc Lighthouse and gulls
Had to travel to Manitowoc for conference. After conference went down to park along Lake Michigan to walk. Workers are restoring the lighthouse, but couldn't resist taking photograph of the Manitowoc Lighthouse with gulls flying and standing on cement. Lake Michigan change of colors in the water.
