Market Vegetable

The Markaziy Bozor in Bukhara, Uzbekistan, is a renovated Soviet-era market offering a wide range of fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy and spices. Most vendors come from villages within a 50-kilometer radius (about 30 miles) of the market. Modern displays coexist with traditional stalls, allowing producers to sell their goods and reflecting the connection between agricultural traditions and the city’s evolution.
