Marlene #4
Marlene in Oaxaca with her grandmother's shawl. Marlene is a Mexican therapist who works with people in the spectrum, children with sensory processing disorder and does parent counseling. Raised as a Mexican catholic, spirituality, family, and deep connection to the country are her core foundations. “Being Mexican permeates my being and gives roots to my way of experiencing the world.” Being in the spectrum herself she finds the way to help people to find a sympathetic voice that experiences the world similar to them.
