18th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest People
Masked Tango
Jo Falcon and Bill Spears, both 72, are avid dancers. They've taken dance classes at the community center and danced weekly at a tango club for a few years. At one of their street's weekly block parties during quarantine, the garage band next door started to play and their feet carried them along.
