Matera was on our travel plan for some time, with its long running history, the architecture of houses intrigued us. From being called Shame of Italy to one of the most popular travel destinations in Italy, the restaurants and cafeterias around Matera are really great. Above all, walking on streets in Matera, passing through riverine to hike on hill where people lived in caves for centuries, was definitely "A walk to remember", the scenes show different ambience during sunrise, sunset, one needs to experience it. Part 2 - This picture was taken on last day of our trip to Matera, it rained during afternoon, and we believe that nature shows her beauty after rains more so. True to that, we were blessed with this sky after rains.
