Mating Damselflies

Damselflies are one of the most beautiful insects in the world. Their mating process is extraordinary. The mating pair forms a “heart" or "wheel", with the male on top clasping the female at the back of the head, and the female at the bottom curling her abdomen up to connect with the male.
