Matriarch
There’s not much that compares to witnessing the bond between an orca mother and calf. Orcas are matriarchal, learning how to survive and thrive in the ocean from their female elders. This mother spent the morning teaching her baby valuable life lessons, as we looked on in absolute awe. Time and time again, she would bring her little one over to us, putting on a real show for the camera.
