MATRIX OF LINES

This is a picture of when my hometown people Quang Ngai rake Don. Don belongs to the family of bivalve mollusks, half light black, half pale yellow shell, shaped like as big as adult little fingernails, one cm longer and only available in Quang Ngai Province, Viet Nam.The common tool used by the local people is a rake or a rod made of solid bamboo, the rake is much bigger and heavier than the rod. When villagers rake Don, they will create lines with many different contours and shapes. Daily work to make a living is quite hard, people have to get up early to work from 3 - 4 am, immerse themselves in the water all day in the sun for 6-8 hours on average, work in an underwater environment makes people vulnerable to cold, wrinkled limbs are prone to arthritis ... but creating a lot of materials to create beautiful works.
