17th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Altered Images

Taken at English Bay, Downtown Vancouver. I took this to tell the story of my story living with bipolar disorder and anxiety. It's a representation of the manic highs that accompany the illness. I edited a dark and moody sky into the photo to create contrast between mania and depression.
