On a chimpanzee trek in Kibale, Uganda, dubbed “the ape capital of the world", we spent half an hour next to a group of chimpanzees. It was an awe-inspiring experience. Their behaviors and facial expressions are startingly human-like. This one was leaning against a tree and seemed to be deep in thought.
