Mekong Delta: Boat Ride

Caption: An escape across floatable villages with manmade stilt homes in Mekong Delta, Vietnam. Photo Information: This photo was taken on a local, cultural excursion across the Mekong Delta, in Vietnam. Within the photo, a local boat operator can be seen with a paddle, as she steers an unmotorized boat across an un-destructed area of the river. It's an exact representation of sustainable travel because it promotes the education of local cultures and their habitat without electronic or mechanical disturbance to their environment. What does a sustainable travel project look like to me? The notion of sustainable travel is an aspect of tourism which maintains local and cultural habitats without the inclusion of harmful substances into the environment. In addition, it promotes the advancement of local communities and development of businesses to better enhance economic and social needs in life, with limited natural risk.
