A farmer cuts Melaleuca tree cuttings (tops) in Vinh Cuu district, Dong Nai Province. The melaleuca cuttings are arranged in pots to grow into trees to be planted on land. Spending a lot of time under the sun, some workers use an extra layer of fabric to cover the conical hat (nón lá) for better protection.
