The Fourth Watch and The Untouchables Motorcycle Clubs are open to all Law Enforcement, Fire Dept, EMS, and Military riders. Each year, they travel to the Empty Sky Memorial in Jersey City, NJ where the names of some of their fallen members are displayed within the 9/11 memorial. They actually ride into the memorial, have a member play Amazing Grace on bagpipes, and then rev their engines. 50 Harley Davidson motorcycles revving their engines in a stainless steel hallway is an impressive experience!
