Memorial to the 'Forgotten War'
This is a photo of the Korean War Memorial in Washington, DC, taken on a chilly March day. I took the photo because I liked the way the flag waved directly in the sunshine behind the statue, but, after seeing the result, the way the statue faces away from the flag is a sorrowful reminder of how 'forgotten' veterans of Korea, and other wars, can be.
