I was in Las Vegas between Feb. 18th and 20th 2019. It was the coldest week in south west USA and in Vegas that morning was 2°C (36 °F). I saw this girl going to their job in a hotel. I really don't know how she was able to not freeze. I took her two images. One posed, but I prefer this one I found really more American Style.
