It was a cold cloudy day out, and I felt like driving around to find a good shot. I started to pass the old Midwest Truckstop I had visited so many many times throughout my life. Management changed hands, and this once bustling little place of business closed up and fell into disarray. Moral of the story being that decisions from the top down can wreak havoc and loss.
