Milky Way over Joshua Tree National Park

While living in the Southwest, I planned a trip to Joshua Tree National Park. In the Northern Hemisphere, the Milky Way is best viewed during the summer months, preferably with a new moon. Between 2-3 am, I drove into the park and took a series of images with the Milky Way over Joshua Trees. Sky gazing in the desert is spectacular.
