I'm not sure if this photo really represents sustainable travel. I know traveling there was important to me because divorce is hard. I stayed in this spot for a long time. My friend was with me and we just stood there, not saying a thing for what seemed like forever at some times. Reconnecting with nature. Watching. Waiting. Ever since I got married I had not picked up a camera to take pictures of what I wanted. This photo means a lot to me in so many ways. Life is hard and problems may seem big but seeing that mountain and being so close to it reminded me that the world is so huge. My problem is but a small one and I'll get through this.
