Modern World
I grew up in Cuba, a place where the tallest building is about the same height of the national tree. When I visited Chicago in the middle of Winter, I was overwhelmed by the beauty and immensity of it. However, it wasn't until I went to The Willis Tower that I experienced the most astonishing feelings of my life. The countless lights and buildings and the frozen lake, all framed in the vast cityscape only seen in B&W movies. Never felt more alive, never felt more free! I was speechless!
