I hope that the images I create empower women to feel beautiful and powerful in the natural world, to understand that layers of makeup and clothing aren’t essential. Timeless bodies fascinate me: earth, water, human. I took this photo as part of a project to capture exactly who a woman is, not who she feels she should be.
