16th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
Monarch Butterfly
I was happy to spot so many monarchs in 2017 an 2018. It must be a good sign. We did our part and planted milkweed and many butterfly friendly plants and flowers. This monarch was enjoying butterfly bush nectar last August.
