Monarch Butterfly rescuing a fallen comrade.

During the migration of the Monarch butterflies from the north down to Mexico, I found this injured Monarch on the sidewalk near my home in Houston TX. Suddenly, another Monarch swooped down, wrapped his arms around his injured comrade, and carried him off to safety. I was able to capture them before they took off.
