22nd Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
Monarch in my backyard
I love my garden and spend alot of time in it. I grow lots of plants that native butterfly's, bees,and birds like. As I was working in my garden I looked up to see this monarch butterfly feeding on some milkweed. So I grabbed my camera and took a few photos.
