Monsoon Skies in Northern New Mexico

This formation, one that I've hiked to since a young child, is located near where my mother lives in Northern New Mexico. We hiked out to it on the single visit I've had with her since March, a socially-distanced hike, and the sky was filled with turbulent clouds. Soon into our hike, it began to rain, but the cooling moisture was welcome, and much of it evaporated on the way down anyway.
