For the first time in the recent several years, I was lucky enough to see the waterfalls of Shivanasamudra - the twin waterfalls Gaganachukki and Bharachukki - coming alive thanks to incessant rains in the catchment areas of the Cauvery and the Kabini in Karnataka. These waterfalls are seasonal and Bharachukki offered one of the best views this monsoon.
