After a heavy rainfall in the city,one of the busiest road of Calcutta named M.G.Road was totally flooded and people were facing severe communication problem.Here a hand-pulling rickshaw driver is pulling his loaded rickshaw in almost knee level water logged road.Plenty of vehicles are trapped in the waterlogged road in the background.
