This intimate image of the Harrier was captured at Hubli, India in November, 2017. Montagu's Harriers are the birds of prey and winter migrants in the region. Found in open country in plains and foothills, including cultivation, scrub-covered plains, grass land and marshy habitat. In the evenings, they roost on higher grounds in communities of different types of harriers.
