Moonrise over Wailua This photo was taken on the east coast of Kauai, near Wailua, as the moon was rising (8:17 pm) and the sea was nearing low tide. There are a lot of fallen/windswept trees and driftwood along this coastal area, making excellent framing for the reflected moonlight.
