On a windy morning in June at Virginia Beach the waves had worked up the foam. The sun peeked out from behind clouds. My toddler parked his umbrella stroller amidst the waves when I decided to take this whimsical picture. The result was a splash of color in an otherwise almost monochromatic seascape.
