Mother and daughter in Yangon
Street life of Yangon, Myanmar. Girl sleeps on her mother’s knees, while she reads newspaper. Funny painting on a girl’s face is made by thanaka paste, which protects skin from strong asian sun. Covering face with thanaka is common thing for myanmar people. Mostly people draw rounds on their cheeks, but for her baby mother chose this playful pattern.
