I hiked up Mount Hale with friends. It was a steep steady ardous incline, our second mountain of the day. When we finally reached the top it was cold and rainy and we found that what we had read about it was true; no vista to be had. I asked my companion to stand where she is in the photo and snapped a reminder of the 4000 footer without a view.
