Mucubal Mother

A Mucubal mother carrying her baby in a goatskin papoose. This is a nomadic tribe in Southern Angola that live in desert areas with small herds of goats and cattle. They coexist with the local wildlife, even though it has become quite sparse in this country. The tribes mostly subsist on maize and goat milk, and occasionally goat meat.
