Mule Deer eating in Estes Park Colorado. I was on vacation in Estes Park Colorado, taking a shortcut through a neighborhood and trying to find a herd of Elk to take pictures of when I pulled up to a stop sign. I didn't even see this guy, he was about 3 feet from the car, and camouflaged so well in the brush and standing so still that when I did finally see him, I thought he was a statue. Thankfully, he didn't runaway. I took 25 pictures of him with my IPhone, this was the best one.
