Mumbi Kusi
The bird pictured is a Southern Ground Hornbill. Southern Ground are an endangered species that are adversely effected by certain Eastern-African superstitions in which they are considered to bring bad luck. The Swahili phrase regarding this bird "Mumbi Kusi" literally translates to, bad in the world.
