MUOS(Mobile User Objective System) is a military ultra-­‐high-­‐frequency satellite communications system built by the United States Department of Defence. It is under construction in Niscemi, Sicily, the last of 4 ground stations to be completed (the others are in Virginia, Hawaii and Australia).
