One of my last adventures while studying abroad in Italy was a trip to Venice and the adjacent Murano with my parents. While climbing up a large bridge, I looked down to see the locals' boats docked along the canal edge. The simple row boats floating atop the beautiful sea foam green water so perfectly captured the feeling of the town to me.
