My Black Puddle Poodle
I came across a series of shallow frozen puddles over leaf beds one March. First I concentrated on circular patterns .. they were neat but all of them looked like height above sea level maps and then I found this thing. This thing was a mystery to me for about 4 days but then suddenly it dawned on me that it was a black Poodle Puddle. Its obvious don't you think?
