My Son's Hands

My son and his partner, this was the last time they could be together before Covid. My son lives in Canada and his partner, in the US. Besides COVID the image seemed important during a time of protests over just one more killing of a black man at the hands of police. So much hate, so scary. I wanted to capture this and in the end it says a number of things to me and every-time I show the image I get a reaction that I was hoping for, The world needs to stop the hate, just be love. Enough is enough.
