I love to look at rain puddles because you never know what shape it's in nor what it's reflecting. On this day when I needed to unleash some stress and anxiety, I saw this heart-shaped rain puddle and looked inside it, to find a beautiful canvas of tree and sky art within the borders of the water puddle. This stunning world view at that moment helped anchor and center me...just what the doctor ordered.
