Women in black, living their lives shrouded in black....this is a mystery to western women like myself. As I was window shopping in Sarajevo I saw this sight and photographed them looking at jewelry that if they do wear we cannot see it. The child is so pure in the light made me wonder when this child will be clothed in black, or if a little boy, how many wives will he someday have. To me their world is mysterious.
