Fog was all around us. We could barely see 10 meters away. We were not always able to have in plain sight all those whales we were chasing, but we could easily hear them. It made the experience only more fascinating to hear the breathing of a dozen creatures at the same time without seeing them all. I felt like I was trapped in the lungs of one them while being in the middle of empty white limbs . I felt truly connected to the environment and it is hard to explain how amazing it was.
