We were walking Ruby, our golden retriever down Lincoln Avenue in the Lincoln Park/DePaul University neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois on October 12, 2025 when we approached the famous Biograph Theater and saw this truck with shirt and pants. The Biograph is widely known as the site where the notorious bank robber, John Dillinger was shot and killed by the FBI on July 22, 1934 after attending a movie there. The Theater is in the National Register of Historic Places as well as listed as a Chicago Landmark. It is currently used by the Victory Gardens Theater Company for theatrical productions. No idea what the truck, shirt, and pants are about, perhaps they belonged to John!
