This Cormorant was desperately trying to survive in the shallow waters of artificial lake created by the builder for storm water collection but some how keep on pumping its water somewhere, the birds who had got used to this water body have reluctantly left except this one who is finding it difficult to find food, I kept watching it and as it was dipping beak, was able to capture the circles created by small waves making a perfect circle. Might be this bird is telling that please respect nature, you can make your homes but not destroy our habitat. It is sad to see that in few years the mature and lush green spaces are razed out and ironically 1 tree in front of each house is planted by the builders the make "green: streets.
