Nevado Sajama
Sajama is a small village of around 60 families living at an altitude of 4200 metres. Endless landscapes of high plains, hot springs, geysers, mountain climbs and hikes are just some of the attractions of Bolivia's first national park, created in 1945 to protect its 100,000 ha of exceptional landscapes. The backdrop is the majestic Sajama volcano, Bolivia's highest peak at 6542m.
