Night Sky over Arrowhead Lake in Kings Canyon National Park
After a long day of backpacking along the John Muir Trail, we stopped at Arrowhead Lake for the night. The moon was so bright that the starts didn't come out for hours, so I patiently waited late into the night to see the stars come out by the lake. It was a very serene setting- cold, secluded and nothing but the sounds of the forest all around me.
