A diseased lady of a remote hamlet is carried as fast as possible by her son on the back for emergency treatment to distant township. As most of the remote hamlets in Nepal don’t have such clinic or hospital with medical emergency facility, so the seriously ailing patient in crisis is taken to nearest hospital located at far-off township from hamlet. Certainly, walking is the only mode of transit in this situation as there is no other option of transportation.
