Norah with the greyhounds in the paddock
This is a portrait from a series on the decline of greyhound racing in the UK and the closing down of Wimbledon greyhound stadium. The woman in the photograph is called Norah and she runs a charity for greyhounds as well as still racing her own dogs regularly. This picture was taken in the paddock at her kennels just outside of London and both the dogs in the photograph are her own. This photograph captures who she is and the emotional side of her relationship with the greyhounds.
